Position Overview: Civil Site Project Manager II
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Project Manager with a strong interest in land development design and engineering. The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 years of relevant experience and will collaborate with a team to design and permit both private and public land development projects, overseeing tasks specific to site development during the design, permitting, and construction phases.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, eager to tackle complex and challenging projects, and enjoy engaging with clients while seeking increasing levels of responsibility. You will play a pivotal role in client management, project design efforts, and the development of junior staff members.
Your Impact
- Lead as the Project Manager for site development projects across North Carolina
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina
- A minimum of 12 years of design experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
