Role Overview The Planning Analyst ensures material availability for both internal and external customers. This role collaborates across departments to improve materials planning, supporting operational excellence and ongoing improvement. The analyst’s work directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of OrganOx’s operations. What You Will Do Coordinate demand and supply planning for components and spare parts to optimize inventory and ensure material availability. Manage SAP material master data and oversee item creation processes. Identify and implement AI and machine learning tools to enhance OrganOx operations. Develop and maintain PowerBI KPIs, improving reporting processes. Serve as an SAP Super User, providing support across the organization. Participate in cross-functional projects to refine material planning and increase operational efficiency. Support the introduction of new products, collaborating with Procurement and other teams to ensure smooth workflows. Location This is a remote role based in Syracuse, New York, United States.
