Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Key Holder to be a pivotal part of our team as we launch a new store on Fillmore Street in San Francisco. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager and our HQ team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a successful store opening. Your mission is to create a unique and personalized shopping experience for each customer, driven by outstanding service and a genuine enthusiasm for the Margaux brand. Every team member will contribute to the seamless integration of our new location into the community, making this a remarkable opportunity to join a burgeoning luxury fashion DTC brand at a dynamic phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience by providing outstanding service on the sales floor; promptly greet customers, engage them, offer expert styling advice, and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Drive business growth and meet sales targets by proactively addressing customer needs and swiftly resolving any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure the selling floor aligns with brand standards; consistently update visual merchandising and assist with in-store inventory management.
  • Manage back-of-house inventory effectively, communicate stock issues proactively, process returns efficiently, and support overall store operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for enhancing store experience and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $30, commensurate with experience.
