Leadership & Team SupportServe as Manager on Duty when necessary. Demonstrate excellence in sales, service, and professionalism to inspire the team. Encourage and support the team in achieving concession goals. Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members. Operations & Store StandardsHelp with opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with store standards.
