Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in event management and product launches on-ground. Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, vendors, and agencies. Strong knowledge of management techniques and methodologies. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines. Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 70% of the time.

Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and increase retention, aiming not just to meet but to surpass their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the launch of Refyne's products and services for new clients.
  • Address client complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strategic, long-lasting relationships with high-volume clients to drive organic growth.
  • Investigate customer needs and preferences, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely implementation and delivery of employee financial wellness benefits.
  • Act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate client feedback regarding service, technology, and product delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate key account metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
