Why this position is vital:

This role is instrumental in propelling the growth and success of Vonage's API/CPaaS solutions, specifically within the Video API vertical team. As a Video API Account Executive, you will significantly impact the expansion of existing relationships with tech-forward customers while developing new ones, particularly targeting dynamic digital and cloud software enterprises. With Vonage's established leadership in WebRTC Video solutions, your contributions will be pivotal in aiding innovative companies to seamlessly integrate video into their customer interactions, distinguishing them in competitive markets.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Driving opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure, including post-sales and upselling.
  • Applying a value and solution-oriented sales approach, focusing on real-time video communication solutions.
  • Enhancing the growth and adoption of our Video APIs within the Mid-Market segment of the APAC region.
  • Managing cross-functional opportunities from Pre-Sales to collaboration with Customer Success.
  • Establishing a regular cadence for pipeline generation to cultivate expansion opportunities and secure new target accounts.
  • Delivering engaging presentations of Vonage’s CPaaS product and vision to diverse audiences, including C-Level executives and individual contributors, utilizing Vonage’s value-based sales methodology.
  • Providing timely and precise forecasts and maintaining clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of pre-committed revenue deals.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional internal teams to effectively navigate complex sales cycles, including Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
