Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Braeburn's mission by educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) about our products and the resources available for accessing them. This position is vital in ensuring that HCPs are fully informed about the clinical attributes of our offerings and the procedures for acquiring them, thus supporting their independent treatment decisions for patients.
In this role, the Key Account Manager will achieve sales objectives by delivering comprehensive product-related information and access resources to the appropriate HCPs, ensuring compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to meet sales targets while effectively communicating product acquisition processes, payer policies, and reimbursement information.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong accountability, adaptability, business acumen, sound judgment, collaborative skills, problem-solving abilities, account management expertise, a sense of urgency, decision-making capabilities, and integrity. Experience in complex distribution models, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution, is essential.
The Key Account Manager will also ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with Braeburn's policies and code of conduct.
Specific Duties:
- Meet assigned sales goals and objectives, ensuring patient access to our products across the designated geography.
- Exhibit mastery of sales competencies, including:
- Business Acumen – Analyze reports and data to plan and execute territory activities, ensuring quarterly and annual objectives are achieved.
