Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing Braeburn’s mission by equipping Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) with essential information regarding our products and access resources. This role ensures that HCPs are thoroughly informed about the clinical aspects of our offerings and understand how to obtain these products for their patients' independent treatment decisions.
In this capacity, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by imparting clinical product information and guidance on access, in accordance with company policies. The position demands a strong understanding of product acquisition, payer policies, and reimbursement processes.
Key skills required for the Key Account Manager include accountability, adaptability, business acumen, judgment, collaboration, problem-solving, account management, urgency, decision-making, and integrity. A background in complex distribution models, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution, is essential.
The Key Account Manager will conduct all professional activities in alignment with Braeburn's policies and code of conduct.
Specific Duties:
- Achieve established Braeburn goals and patient access objectives for the designated region.
- Exhibit mastery of sales competencies:
- Business Acumen – Analyze and interpret data to effectively plan and execute territory activities that meet quarterly and annual objectives. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned territory, including delivery channels and customer needs.
