Your Role as Key Account Management Team Lead
In the pivotal position of Key Account Management Team Lead, you will spearhead the daily operations of the Key Account Management Team in Argentina, ensuring that our KAM strategies effectively integrate local market insights while focusing on achieving departmental objectives related to customer retention and loyalty. As a leader, you will not only drive team performance but also provide mentorship and development support, embodying the role of a 'Player-Coach.' This means guiding and mentoring your team while personally managing a portfolio of high-value customers.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Key Accounts Team, coordinating tasks for timely and efficient execution.
- Providing continuous coaching and mentorship to team members for their professional growth.
- Delivering exceptional, proactive service to enhance the gaming experience for our Key Accounts, boosting customer retention and satisfaction.
- Directly managing a select group of VIP accounts, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service experience.
- Guaranteeing that our VIP clients receive outstanding service, reinforcing their loyalty and long-term engagement with our brand.
- Achieving high performance within the Key Account segment, meeting specific KPIs for the region, including Active customers, Monthly Retention Rate, GGR, and Generosity levels.
