As a Key Account Executive, you will manage and expand revenue and market share within designated agencies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving strategic goals.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the account team to create and implement effective account strategies that deliver relevant value propositions.
- Monitor customer engagement through internal systems to execute account strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Foster customer relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Understand customer operations and workflows, developing a comprehensive network within accounts.
- Engage with specialists as needed to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all account activities within your portfolio.
- Drive customer satisfaction and manage key account relationships effectively.
- Provide timely forecasts and updates to management, gather competitive intelligence, and relay feedback to marketing.
- Deliver product training to customers as necessary.
- Oversee individual expense budget management.
