Salary: Teacher Framework (Steps 1-29) ranging from $64,735 to $115,369, dependent on experience and education level.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Elementary Education Specialist dedicated to supporting the diverse needs of students with disabilities in our general education classrooms.
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
As an Education Specialist, you will conduct assessments and, if necessary, create, implement, and oversee Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Working collaboratively with classroom teachers and parents, you will monitor student progress towards IEP goals, ensuring effective communication regarding needs, services, and accommodations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
● Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs within general education settings.
● Collaborate with general education teachers to develop relevant goals and instructional strategies that cater to the needs of students with IEPs.
● Ensure necessary accommodations are provided for students with unique learning requirements.
