Primary Responsibilities:
• Craft exquisite chocolate sculptures, sugar art, and artistic amenities tailored for VIP guests and special occasions.
• Execute intricate ice carvings and Styrofoam designs for buffet and banquet presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the Pastry and Culinary teams to design thematic buffet centerpieces and festive displays.
• Innovate creative amenity presentations for weddings and exclusive events.
• Create stunning showpieces for culinary competitions and promotional events.
• Ensure a pristine and organized artistic workspace adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Stay abreast of contemporary trends and techniques in food artistry, chocolate, and sugar work.
• Assist the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef in delivering exceptional visual presentations for banquets and special events.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in artistic presentation and decoration skills.
