About the Role NH AIFM P/S, a licensed Alternative Investment Fund Manager under Novo Holdings A/S, manages co-investment vehicles focused on the Life Science sector. The team is seeking a Compliance Manager to act as the appointed Compliance Officer, providing an independent second line of defense and ensuring adherence to Danish FAIF and EU AIFMD regulations. This position reports directly to the COO and maintains direct access to the Board of Directors for compliance matters. The Compliance Manager will also work closely with external third-party providers involved in delegated activities. Why Work with NH AIFM?
