We are currently in search of an innovative and motivated Junior Service Designer to join our Feature Team.
In this role, you will engage with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop service features for software applications and systems. Your contributions will involve analyzing and assessing service requirements, creating service design deliverables, and collaborating closely with software engineers and designers to bring service features to fruition.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
1. Support for Functional Safety Processes (ISO 26262)
Assist in executing functional safety lifecycle activities under guidance and contribute to the development and upkeep of vital documentation, including the Safety Plan, Safety Case, and audit reports.
2. Technical and Risk Analysis
Support the execution of Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) to identify safety functions and determine ASIL levels, while also aiding in the creation and revision of FMEAs and Fault Tree Analyses (FTA).
3. Requirements Management and Traceability
Draft, organize, and manage both technical and safety requirements, ensuring traceability between requirements, design elements, test cases, and verification activities.
4. Integration and Validation Support
Collaborate with validation teams to guarantee that test activities address safety objectives and review test outcomes (HIL and vehicle testing) from a functional safety standpoint.
5. Technical Problem Solving
Act as a contributing member of the first-response team for incident analysis, applying root cause analysis methodologies to reported safety, quality, or warranty issues.
6. Technical Coordination and Communication
Serve as a supportive link between engineering teams (Systems, Software, Hardware, Validation) regarding functional safety topics and participate in technical reviews and “Voice of the Customer” sessions.
7. Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement
Conduct benchmarking analysis of competitor safety systems and functionalities, documenting and supporting the implementation of lessons learned.
