Mission
We are on the lookout for a motivated Data/Research & Insights Analyst to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role will leverage data to extract actionable insights, shape innovative strategies, and enhance campaign performance. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, a curious mindset, and the ability to identify trends that drive creative and strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights:
Convert large datasets into clear, impactful insights.
Evaluate campaign performance through metric analysis, pinpointing trends and opportunities for optimization.
Create and uphold benchmarks to gauge success against industry standards and competitors.
Social Listening & Market Research:
Utilize social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Synthesio, NetBase, Socialbakers) to track consumer discussions, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Conduct research that assists account management and strategic planning teams with trend reports and market insights.
Stay abreast of the latest innovations and industry trends to influence strategy.
Reporting:
Assemble quarterly performance reports focusing on brand performance, category trends, and competitive analysis.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations that guide content creation, campaign messaging, and budget allocation.
