This position focuses on coordinating the annual Leadership Conference (LC) along with a range of affiliated events throughout the year. Regular responsibilities span in-person gatherings such as Donor events, Wednesday CEF, Alpha Staff Day, regional satellite events, and London-based activities including Alpha Collective and Experience Alpha. Main Responsibilities Speaker & Programme Coordination: Manage logistics for seminar, lab, and worship speakers. Tasks include handling contracts, booking travel and accommodation, preparing itineraries, organizing gifts, collecting bios and requirements, tracking expenses, and managing post-event follow-up. Ticketing & Registration Management: Oversee ticketing systems, communicate with guests, process refunds and invoicing, produce reports, ensure GDPR compliance, and supervise e-ticket distribution and registration workflows. Event Logistics & Operations: Develop detailed day plans, collect and deliver technical and logistical requirements, coordinate with internal and external teams, and manage venues, catering, equipment, and floor plans. Key responsibilities Develop and lead Alpha International’s fundraising strategy and annual plans for the UK. Expand the UK major donor program, focusing on securing multi-year commitments. Manage a portfolio of major donors, each giving £10,000 or more per year. Identify and engage new major donors through networking, referrals, and introductions from peers. Support and guide team members working on mid-level and base giving initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and organizations. Organize and deliver donor events in the UK, including the donor experience at the Leadership Conference. Coordinate donor engagement with the HTB Group Fundraising Committee.
