About The Role:
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle management of major events from when the sales and legal teams finalize the commercial contract until the event's successful conclusion.
- As the primary liaison, you will communicate with all stakeholders, including event organizers and various internal teams.
- While you will be the overall owner of the process, you will collaborate within a team, ensuring timely execution by managing tasks across different departments.
- You will convey product needs (Fever usability) and process requirements to HQ and liaise with product/engineering teams to compile and prioritize a comprehensive list of all requirements.
- You will create and maintain a detailed Q&A resource to address potential user inquiries managed by our support team.
