This hybrid position is based in our Mayfair office and presents a unique opportunity to help shape a modern, tech-centric diligence and value creation practice.Your ResponsibilitiesAt Unity Advisory, you will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and engage in diverse activities including:Leading intricate buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects across various sectors.Managing the complete project lifecycle, from initial scoping through to reporting, stakeholder presentations, and strategic recommendations.Collaborating with Private Equity and corporate clients to evaluate deal dynamics, KPIs, underlying earnings, working capital, and cash flow metrics.Identifying and quantifying risks, synergies, and potential improvements during both due diligence and post-deal phases.Supporting and creating value capture strategies, including margin enhancement and pricing strategies.
