Stay current with relevant engineering and construction codes. Qualifications: 2-5+ years of relevant experience in energy engineering. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Pursuing or possess a New York State Professional Engineer (PE) License. Certifications in Energy and/or Commissioning (CEM, CBCP, BCxP, BEAP, etc.) are advantageous. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as well as building automation systems and design processes. Proficient in building modeling software applications. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, multitasking, and judgment skills. Able to follow direction while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
