Responsibilities
- Assist senior and lead engineers with daily electronic and system engineering tasks across various programs.
- Support the integration of electronic subsystems into larger aerospace assemblies.
- Actively engage in test preparations, including hardware setup, instrumentation, and test configurations.
- Provide hands-on assistance during testing phases, including execution, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Gather, organize, and evaluate test data to support engineering analyses and design enhancements.
- Identify testing issues and collaborate with senior engineers to uncover root causes.
- Contribute to the development, revision, and upkeep of technical documentation and test reports.
- Encourage ongoing improvement initiatives within engineering and testing workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as software, mechanical, and test engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Gradually take ownership of defined tasks and subsystems as your technical expertise and confidence grow.
- Learn system engineering principles through direct project involvement, with a clear trajectory toward becoming a system engineer.
