What You’ll NeedA degree in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field. Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with confidence in technical discussions. A proactive mindset, coupled with a strong eagerness to learn in a dynamic engineering environment. Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with avionics and systems such as autopilot, radar altimeter, air data units, magnetometers, AHRS, GPS, anti-jamming and anti-spoofing technologies, and servos. Willingness to support ground and flight-testing activities. Experience in updating firmware in avionics and system components is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior and lead engineers with daily electronic and system engineering tasks across various programs.
  • Support the integration of electronic subsystems into larger aerospace assemblies.
  • Actively engage in test preparations, including hardware setup, instrumentation, and test configurations.
  • Provide hands-on assistance during testing phases, including execution, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Gather, organize, and evaluate test data to support engineering analyses and design enhancements.
  • Identify testing issues and collaborate with senior engineers to uncover root causes.
  • Contribute to the development, revision, and upkeep of technical documentation and test reports.
  • Encourage ongoing improvement initiatives within engineering and testing workflows.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as software, mechanical, and test engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Gradually take ownership of defined tasks and subsystems as your technical expertise and confidence grow.
  • Learn system engineering principles through direct project involvement, with a clear trajectory toward becoming a system engineer.
