Required Qualifications:Recent graduate or upcoming graduate with relevant coursework, internships, or applicable experience. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or Finance. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global team members. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in programming, particularly with Python or similar languages.

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic Discretionary Trading team as a Junior Discretionary Trader. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of our senior discretionary traders. You will assist in maintaining target portfolio positions, engage in daily portfolio monitoring, and contribute to maintenance and hedging activities. Our collaborative environment allows discretionary traders to work closely with quantitative researchers, harnessing our premier research platform to enhance both discretionary and systematic strategies. You will develop a diverse skill set, including fundamental and macro analysis, research, portfolio construction, risk management, and trade execution. We employ discretionary strategies across various asset classes, including Equities, Commodities, Rates/FX, and Credit, with a focus on Volatility trading.   • Collaborate with senior traders and quantitative researchers to identify and assess new trading opportunities.
  • Create PnL tracking and attribution reports based on trade ideas.
  • Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance to generate comprehensive risk reports.
  • Appropriately hedge books and allocate hedges.
  • Execute complex trades that require manual intervention due to their complexity or liquidity constraints.
