About the Customer Success Team
The Customer Success team focuses on onboarding new clients and making sure they get the most value from Emplifi’s solutions. Their work supports long-term client relationships and revenue growth. Drawing on a large social media dataset and a broad CX management suite, the team helps clients succeed in a variety of industries and regions.
This is an international team, with colleagues based from Sydney to Sao Paulo, New York to Singapore. Team members receive career support and ongoing development, with opportunities to build expertise in social media advisory.
Role Overview: Junior Customer Success Manager – UK & Nordics
The Junior Customer Success Manager acts as a key partner for clients. The role centers on building positive client relationships, supporting retention and renewal efforts, encouraging product adoption, and spotting opportunities for account growth. Managing contract renewals and upsells within a set client portfolio is a core part of the job.
What You Will Do
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships to support satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client goals and align Emplifi’s services to help achieve them.
Onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth and timely product adoption.
- Work with internal teams to deliver services efficiently and meet onboarding deadlines.
Product Adoption
- Track client engagement and monitor how clients use Emplifi’s solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins to support effective use of the platform.
