As a Junior Customer Service Team Leader, you will oversee the operations of our call center, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- exhibits outstanding organizational skills,
- is communicative and empathetic,
- has experience working in a call center environment, which is a plus.
Your responsibilities will include:
- analyzing calls made by call center agents to continually enhance customer service quality (70% of your time);
- conducting daily selection and recruitment of call center staff (20% of your time);
- reporting on performance outcomes (10% of your time).
