What Will You Be Doing?Provide multi-channel support to our users in their daily use of MyDr and dr100 applications via email, chat, and phone calls, complemented by remote connection assistance. Collaborate with the IT department to report bugs, verify messages, and inform users about solutions or the implementation of their suggestions. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to users on how to effectively utilize our software. Regularly provide feedback on the performance of our software to facilitate continuous improvement. Who Is the Ideal Candidate?Proactively seeks solutions to current issues and takes the initiative. Possesses strong communication skills, enabling them to conduct meaningful conversations and effectively capture key information from users. Has a good understanding of the Windows environment and can patiently explain its operation to less experienced users. Is available for on-site work with a weekly shift schedule from 07:00 to 15:00 and 11:00 to 19:00.Is a team player who values collaboration, offering and seeking support from colleagues to achieve common goals.
