Internship Overview

As a Junior Campaign Manager Intern for a 6-month period starting on May 1, 2026, you will collaborate closely with our North America team located in both Boston and Monterrey. This is a unique opportunity to engage in the implementation, initiation, and management of partnerships with prestigious universities across North America and Canada.

We encourage our interns to contribute their own ideas and perspectives, allowing you to make a real impact on ongoing projects in a vibrant, international team environment. You will work alongside various businesses and have the chance to thrive in a diverse office culture!

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor online promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize specific tools for managing daily tasks.
  • Assist in creating newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and online promotions.
  • Conduct research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
  • Prepare presentations for management and clients.
  • Support office management and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Development, Marketing/Communications, Event Planning, or Entrepreneurship) in your 7th or 8th semester.
  • Anticipated graduation date in 2026 or later.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong enthusiasm for learning.
  • A collaborative team player comfortable in an international setting, dedicated to both hard work and enjoyment.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and creative.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Available to begin on May 1, 2026.

Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Results-driven work approach.
  • Critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Highly organized.
