This position acts as the primary coordination hub for all energy control activities that affect construction and tool hook-up operations, covering various energy sources such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, gas, and stored energy.Collaborating closely with Construction Management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Commissioning (Cx), and Operations/Facilities, the Energy Marshal oversees isolations, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and permit-to-work (PTW) processes, facilitating safe work practices in a complex, high-tech environment.Key Responsibilities1) Energy Control & Safety Implement and enforce Energy Control Procedures (ECPs) and LOTO programs for all construction and commissioning activities within the fab and its supporting facilities.
