Requirements:Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in cloud technologies and AI/GenAI solutions. Proficiency in Python/C#. Net Development is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders. A willingness to learn about Amazon Connect, AWS services, and best practices in customer experience. A team-oriented mindset coupled with a proactive attitude. Strong attention to detail in configuration and testing tasks. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in contact center environments, service desk operations, or customer service through internships, part-time roles, or academic projects. Basic understanding of AWS cloud fundamentals. Familiarity with AI concepts such as speech recognition, sentiment analysis, or chatbot technologies.

Join our dynamic team at NCS as a Junior Amazon Connect Solutions Associate! We are looking for a passionate and driven fresh graduate or entry-level professional eager to dive into the world of cloud contact center solutions powered by Amazon Connect. In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with both customers and internal teams to design, configure, and implement cutting-edge contact center solutions, including AI-driven conversational IVRs, real-time analytics, and generative AI functionalities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience in configuring Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and AI features such as sentiment analysis and call summarization.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Assist in integration with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and other business platforms.
  • Support the testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of deployments.
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver training on new features.
