Required Qualifications:• A Master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a non-technical discipline may be considered if paired with 10+ years of experience in ORSA-related fields within military or government contexts.• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may also be acceptable with additional experience.

Position Overview: 
As a vital member of the Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) program, you will engage with cutting-edge technologies to tackle the intricate challenges of joint, multi-domain operational environments. This role focuses on devising non-material solutions to bolster the operational capabilities, suitability, and survivability of the U. S. military in combat scenarios.

Key Responsibilities: 
You will support the programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command Test Nominations while overseeing their successful execution.

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to enhance the decision-making processes within JT&E projects.
• Employ advanced statistical methods, modeling & simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to evaluate joint military operations, thereby improving mission effectiveness.
• Create and implement data-driven strategies to optimize military operations, enhance force readiness, and facilitate strategic planning.
• Utilize sophisticated computer-based analytical tools to assess operational performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Identify risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military settings and propose analytical solutions.
• Apply process modeling and analytical techniques to uncover operational challenges and develop effective resolutions.
• Engage in problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to support joint military operations.
• Provide expertise in parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey testing and evaluation methods.
