About the Position
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Soccer Coach to lead our classes filled with fun and educational activities while ensuring a safe environment for all participants. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with children as a sports coach, teacher, or leader, and possess a genuine love for working with young people. This role is perfect for those interested in early childhood education or child development. New coaches can work between 5 to 25 classes per week, earning $20 to $25 per hour.
- Provide individualized attention to ensure every child succeeds.
- Adopt a non-competitive approach to maintain a fun and stress-free environment.
- Utilize positive reinforcement to motivate children and celebrate their achievements.
- Embrace feedback and commit to continuous improvement through regular training sessions and adherence to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
Coaching Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist and teach energetic and motivating classes, connecting with each child to help them achieve motor development and skill goals while fostering a love for movement and healthy habits in a structured and enjoyable manner.
- Provide both individual and group attention to children.
- Arrive on time for classes, fully prepared both physically and mentally, including commute time.
- Adapt your coaching style to engage with children at their level, ensuring that soccer remains a fun experience for them.
