Your Responsibilities
Oversee the daily workplace experience for our Des Moines office.
Act as the primary on-site contact for all workplace-related needs.
Develop and implement operational systems to facilitate office scaling.
Manage office logistics, including space allocation, seating arrangements, meeting setups, supplies, and visitor coordination.
Work closely with vendors and co-working partners to optimize office operations.
Ensure that all workplace systems are functioning effectively to support team success.
