Workplace Experience Manager (Bay Area) @ Midi Health
Location: Bay Area (Hybrid; on-site presence in both Palo Alto and San Francisco offices required)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Workplace Experience Manager to enhance and oversee the daily operations and overall experience within our Bay Area offices. This pivotal role is tasked with ensuring that our workspaces are fully operational, efficiently managed, and conducive to a positive workplace culture where employees feel engaged and supported.
Facilities & Office Operations
Administer the daily operations for our Palo Alto and San Francisco offices, ensuring a safe, high-quality, and fully functional work environment.
Oversee vendor management (including cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities) and manage office budgets effectively.
Lead office relocations, space planning, build-outs, and expansions as necessary.
Guarantee compliance and maintenance of office facilities, ensuring all supplies are stocked and operations run smoothly.
Act as the primary contact for facility issues and troubleshooting office-related problems.
Develop scalable systems and vendor partnerships to support multiple offices and facilitate large on-site events as the company grows.
Workplace Experience
Design and implement engaging employee events, leadership meetings, and on-site experiences that foster connection and community.
Create a friendly and inviting office atmosphere for employees, candidates, executives, and visitors alike.
Collaborate closely with the People team to enhance onboarding, in-office programming, and cultural initiatives.
Continuously refine the in-office experience based on employee feedback and evolving business requirements.
Support initiatives that promote connection and engagement among our remote workforce.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work in tandem with People, IT, Finance, and leadership to strategize on office planning, headcount, and spatial needs.
Assist Executive Assistants in managing logistics, meetings, and on-site events for executives and leaders.
