Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable Workplace Coordinator to be a vital part of our operations team. This hands-on role is essential for our daily functioning.
As the primary face of our company, you will manage front desk responsibilities, ensuring a warm, secure, and professional atmosphere for all employees and visitors. Alongside front desk duties, you will support the Facilities and Workplace Manager in hands-on maintenance, office layout adjustments, and the general upkeep of our workspace.
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a customer-service mindset, and a resourceful “jack-of-all-trades” approach, relishing problem-solving and embracing a variety of tasks each day.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our San Francisco office, requiring presence five days a week.
Your Impact:
- Welcome employees, clients, candidates, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage front desk operations, including incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, while addressing general inquiries.
- Oversee our access control system, including issuing and deactivating badges for employees and guests.
- Act as the primary contact for employee requests submitted via email, ticketing system, or in person.
