Your Role
As a pivotal part of our Risk Operations and Business Support, you will support our daily operations, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real impact on how businesses interact safely and efficiently with our platform.
Your responsibilities will include leading screening reviews, conducting website verifications, and maintaining our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards. Additionally, you will provide essential support during weekends and manage tasks related to card operations and online reputation management. We seek a proactive individual ready to tackle challenges and keep our operations running smoothly.
Your Contributions
Ensure high-quality outputs and consistent operations during your shifts.
Maintain excellent quality assurance pass rates and address customer issues promptly.
Meet and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets to ensure our merchants receive continuous support.
Conduct detailed screening reviews and website verifications to uphold compliance standards.
Deliver reliable weekend phone support and manage online reputation tasks efficiently.
Your Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a University or HBO program (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities in both written and verbal formats.
A proactive approach with a keen desire to learn and adapt.
