Position Overview
As a Working Student specializing in Finance & Accounting (m/w/d), you will immerse yourself in the financial operations of our rapidly expanding organization. Your contributions will be vital in managing daily accounting functions, enhancing internal processes, and helping establish robust financial frameworks. This role provides an exceptional chance to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting while making a significant impact on our operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payment transactions, and performing bank reconciliations.
Generate and send precise manual invoices for our B2B clients, acting as a liaison for both internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless invoicing.
Work in collaboration with external tax advisors and auditors during the preparation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Reconcile and monitor accounts with payment providers to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
Handle large datasets, ensuring their accuracy, organization, and timely updates within our accounting systems.
Financial Processes & Structures
Participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of financial systems (e.g., cost accounting, controlling, and reporting) to boost operational efficiency and align with strategic goals.
Assist in the introduction and management of tools that enhance accounting functions and improve the precision of financial reporting.
Support the documentation of processes and identify avenues for automation and standardization.
