We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant to drive the growth of Broker Distribution within our Workforce Benefits organization. This fully remote role requires travel, and we prefer candidates to be based in Georgia. As a key player in establishing and growing our $1B revenue business in the Workforce Benefits market, you'll work closely with leadership to achieve our strategic goals and objectives.
Your Role:
You will focus on building robust relationships, developing and executing broker-specific strategies, and driving sales growth within the Broker Distribution Channel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the creation and execution of strategies to meet sales, retention, profitability, and expense objectives.
- Achieving annual sales goals set by Sales Leadership.
- Partnering with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to communicate Pacific Life’s value proposition to the broker community.
- Strengthening and expanding broker relationships and executing a defined number of meetings weekly.
- Building a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) monthly.
- Demonstrating proficiency in our group products and maintaining connections with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure alignment with broker needs.
