We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Wing Unit of Action (UoA) Training Analyst to support Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC/A35).
The selected candidate will serve as an action officer for ACC/A35, assisting the Unit of Action (UoA) Training & Certification (T&C) Program Manager and Functional Area Manager (FAM) in driving ACC’s transformation initiatives for UoA training, certification, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, execution, and enhancement of UoA Training & Certification (T&C) programs across Wings, Numbered Air Forces (NAFs), and MAJCOM organizations.
- Create and manage Master Certification Training Plans (MCTPs) for UoAs, Mission Generation Force Elements (MGFE), Mission Support Teams (MST), and Capability Enhancement Teams (CET), identifying resource requirements and constraints.
- Coordinate and execute certification, verification, and validation (CV2) processes, including MAJCOM/A3 verification, COMACC validation, and HAF/A3 tasking.
- Implement and oversee enterprise-wide knowledge management processes to foster collaboration, information sharing, and standardization in UoA training practices.
- Support the development and integration of Command and Control Force Element (C2FE) and Wing C2 structure training aligned with AFFORGEN cycles and UoA requirements.
- Facilitate working groups (e.g., C2FE Community of Learning) to streamline training curricula, eliminate redundancy, and enhance training effectiveness across the organization.
- Develop and refine integrated education and training curricula, including 100- and 200-level training requirements and 300-level certification standards, incorporating operational lessons learned.
- Analyze training allocation needs, support the development of Tables of Authorization (ToA), identify shortfalls, and provide strategic recommendations to inform senior leadership decision-making.
