What does the role entail?
As the WFM Solution Engineer for the APAC region, you will be instrumental in supporting sales initiatives, assisting clients with solution design, and promoting the adoption of NICE’s Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) suite. You will utilize your extensive WFM knowledge to transform customer challenges into actionable architectural solutions, clearly communicate business value, and facilitate successful engagement across various markets.
Your collaboration with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and customer stakeholders will be vital in delivering distinct solution demonstrations, shaping go-to-market strategies, and aiding in the enterprise cloud transformation across APAC. Your contributions will directly impact customer success, regional growth, and the enhancement of NICE’s WFM presence.
How will you contribute to our success?
- Act as a trusted WFM domain expert for enterprise clients in APAC, providing customized solution designs and recommendations that align with their operational and strategic goals.
- Create compelling business cases and assist in RFI/RFP/RFQ submissions with clear solution positioning, technical validation, and competitive differentiation.
- Work closely with Product Management and R&D to align product features with regional requirements, ensuring the WFM portfolio addresses APAC-specific regulatory, cultural, and operational demands.
- Conduct impactful solution demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts for WFM, Employee Engagement, and AI-powered workforce solutions.
- Support regional go-to-market initiatives by providing WFM technical expertise, market insights, and training resources for sales teams and partners.
- Guide clients through their enterprise cloud transformation processes, advising on integration strategies, migration considerations, and change management.
- Establish strong relationships with customer technical and operational leaders to ensure alignment, advocacy, and long-term success.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through comprehensive discovery, solution alignment, and future-state planning discussions.
