As a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisitions within Spanish-speaking culinary markets. Your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound leads and uncover new opportunities through referrals from our extensive sales network. By delivering personalized experiences to our clients who may face language barriers, you will be instrumental in helping them realize the potential of Toast's comprehensive digital platform. Your success will be measured by the quality of customer experiences you provide and your ability to convert leads into loyal customers. Daily tasks will include making calls, sending emails, demonstrating the Toast product, and preparing quotes and contracts in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with marketing-qualified leads in your designated market
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language
- Create and review quotes and contracts tailored to your clients' needs
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for customers post-sale
- Analyze the competitive landscape to strategically position Toast in the market
- Utilize your Spanish language skills to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, while using English for internal communications
