Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is essential, with a background in Engineering or Supply Chain Management strongly preferred.Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant operational experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments is required.Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership or managerial experience with direct reports.Project Management: A minimum of 2 years leading projects or managing process improvement initiatives.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics workflows, along with a deep understanding of inventory control methodologies and accuracy standards. Familiarity with Lean logistics concepts, specifically Kanban and Pull systems, is necessary.Software Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM is a significant advantage.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will take charge of the Warehouse organizational unit, guiding your team to achieve set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be instrumental in succession planning and ensuring organizational adaptability.
Your role will encompass overseeing all warehouse operations, including unloading, reception, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading, and shipping of Raw Materials, Semi-Finished, and Finished Goods, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will be accountable for enforcing operational standards, governance, and process execution while exploring opportunities for service delivery improvement and advising on operational enhancements.
Regular planning of team activities and workflows will be crucial to ensure all operational stages are effectively covered, enabling timely responses to incoming requests.
You will set clear objectives and responsibilities for your team members, providing continuous guidance, monitoring performance, and evaluating results to ensure a high-performing environment.
Identifying training needs and facilitating the professional development of your team will also be part of your responsibilities, empowering them to apply new knowledge and fostering personal growth and diversity within the team.
Maintaining strict inventory accuracy and ensuring safe management of all technical equipment will be paramount in this role.
