About the Role
As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M, you play a crucial role in delivering an inspiring and consistent customer experience by adhering to our visual standards and commercial excellence. Your responsibilities will include executing visual, commercial, and styling curation that aligns with our guidelines. You will leverage your awareness of trends and competitors to equip your colleagues with essential information, coach and develop the store team, ultimately enhancing the customer journey.
A Day in the Life
Your day at H&M will be dynamic and varied, with key responsibilities including:
- Enhancing the OMNI customer experience through effective visual and commercial curation (Indirect)
- Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions (Direct)
- Planning and organizing your workload in line with the store activation plan while adapting to business needs in collaboration with your management team
- Launching and maintaining global campaigns and sales activities timely, in accordance with H&M brand standards
- Ensuring garment care, stock levels, and providing input on allocations to management
- Conducting sales report follow-ups, identifying visual and commercial opportunities in partnership with the management team
- Implementing strategies to boost customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets and store goals while adhering to operational routines and legal requirements
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, products, brands, and influencers. Allocate time for understanding trend theory and visual presentation techniques to enhance the in-store shopping experience.
Team Development
Educate and inspire your store teams by keeping them informed on seasonal changes and relevant visual and commercial information. Coach your team to ensure high-quality presentations in line with guidelines and support the development of daily routines and best practices.
