About the Role
As a pivotal part of our Technical Customer Support team, you will revolutionize the customer experience through dedicated one-on-one support, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your insights will not only assist our clients but will also feed back into our development processes, enhancing our products.
The Veeam Backup and Replication (VBR) solution is a cornerstone of our offerings, enabling instant recovery and testing in a controlled environment. As a VBR Technical Support Engineer, you will leverage your troubleshooting expertise to assist IT professionals in resolving complex issues effectively.
We are currently seeking a Virtualization Backup Engineer to support the Veeam Backup and Replication solution.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for IT professionals.
- Own the customer issue from initial contact through resolution, troubleshooting both Veeam and third-party components like Microsoft and VMware, identifying defects or misconfigurations, and providing education throughout the process.
- Accurately document all customer interactions within SLA guidelines using our CRM tool.
What You’ll Bring
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
