As a VIP Concierge at MSX International, you will deliver exceptional support to our VIP clients by anticipating their needs, coordinating vehicle-related services, and acting as the primary liaison between VIPs and various internal departments. This position is critical in ensuring that all vehicle operations, logistics, and requests are fulfilled with utmost precision, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
VIP Experience & Communication
• Anticipate the needs of VIP clients to provide a superior guest experience.
• Offer a warm welcome to VIPs, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to inquiries via phone and email.
• Serve as a liaison between VIPs and internal departments such as Facilities, Security, Human Resources, and Legal.
Vehicle Coordination & Management
• Manage all vehicle requests for VIPs, including arranging local and out-of-state transportation.
• Oversee maintenance of VIP vehicles, including cleaning, fueling, registration renewals, and luggage assistance.
• Create and implement Vehicle Loan Agreements for approved vendor drivers during events.
• Ensure assigned parking spaces are kept clear and coordinate temporary parking as necessary.
• Process VIP vehicles through the National Service Garage for routine maintenance and inspections prior to events.
Reporting, Tracking & Issue Resolution
• Develop and utilize reports to monitor and resolve critical and time-sensitive issues.
• Manage communication regarding vehicle accidents involving VIPs, including processing reports and coordinating repairs.
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
• Assist the Manager of Vehicle Administration with VIP requests.
• Support vehicle preparation for Leases, Department Cars, and Pool Cars during slower periods.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Client or MSX International.
