Team Coordination and Communication:
- Lead and coordinate video production teams, including videographers, editors, and freelancers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Encourage seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and regulate project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
