About the Role:
We are seeking an impactful Video Editor to integrate into our dynamic Creative team and enhance our expanding video initiatives across paid marketing and e-commerce platforms. This full-time position is tailored for an editor who excels in managing daily tasks, exhibits keen editorial insight, and actively seeks to optimize processes. You'll work collaboratively with senior video leadership while being entrusted to oversee your responsibilities independently, identifying gaps, and assisting in scaling production without compromising quality. Although you won't be responsible for setting the overarching creative direction, you must possess strong instincts, taste, and a drive to refine systems beyond mere file delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Daily Video Editing Operations
You will be a key player in the daily production of video, including:
- Editing paid advertisements for evergreen content, launches, and promotions
- Adapting creator/user-generated content and iterating based on performance
- Versioning, resizing, and exporting for different formats and markets
- Selecting merchandising assets for our website and wholesale partners
- Handling social media and internal video requests
Collaborate & Elevate
- Work in close partnership with the Lead Video Editor to align on quality standards and priorities
- Receive guidance on new or complex formats, then execute independently once aligned
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, and handoffs
- Highlight recurring issues or inefficiencies hindering output or causing rework
- Contribute to the development of documentation, best practices, and repeatable processes

Scope & Decision-Making
- You will independently manage small to medium complexity edits.
- For larger, experimental, or first-time formats:
○ These will be set by senior video leadership, or
○ Clearly templated prior to handoff
- As trust and context deepen, your ownership and autonomy can expand. While creative direction and final approval rest with senior leadership, this role is expected to exercise sound judgment and initiative within established frameworks.
