About the Role
- Assume strategic leadership and contribute to the ongoing development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team alongside existing management.
- Oversee customer acquisition, team resourcing, strategic project prioritization, execution, success metrics, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Lead the successful end-to-end execution of international Commercial, Digital, Tech, and Data Due Diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, collaborating with clients to define strategies and requirements, ensuring seamless project implementation.
- Enhance internal expertise (Thought Leadership) and establish partnerships with leading large and mid-cap private equity funds.
- Develop and optimize standardized processes and templates, including quality assurance protocols for ongoing projects and newly developed solutions.
- Take an active role in sales and pitching initiatives and innovate new (AI) services informed by prevailing trends and industry advancements.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team across all departments.
- Represent the organization and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and academic institutions.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Team to foster the growth of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and assist in recruiting top-tier talent.
