Role Overview:
The Vice President of Technology will be the chief architect and operator of our enterprise technology framework, enhancing and integrating systems across our rapidly expanding, acquisition-oriented residential construction platform.
This pivotal leader will manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems governance, device lifecycle management, software deployment, cybersecurity protocols, automation processes, and systems delivery. - Design and execute a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with growth objectives, M&A integration, and operational scalability.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure technology investments align with financial outcomes and ROI.
- Utilize KPI-driven reporting to evaluate progress, adoption, system stability, and overall performance.
- Systems & Operational Governance:
- Establish formal governance frameworks for all technology systems.
- Develop ownership models, escalation paths, and prioritization processes.
