About the job
At Arcadia, we are committed to creating a healthier and happier world for everyone. We envision a future in healthcare that is driven by data, where our innovative platform converts complex and diverse datasets into a cohesive foundation for health. This empowers organizations to provide superior care, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
Our team is composed of passionate individuals who are dedicated to making healthcare more sustainable, and we are searching for like-minded professionals to join our mission.
Why This Role Matters at Arcadia
Arcadia is on the lookout for a Vice President of Research Network & Scientific Enablement who will be instrumental in building, operationalizing, and scaling the Arcadia Research Collective. This pivotal role involves translating Arcadia's payer–provider relationships into a research-grade, repeatable capability, facilitating both collaborative research and funded research initiatives, while generating insights and initiating studies among providers, researchers, and life sciences organizations.
This position is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and convener role, rather than one focused on account management. The VP will serve as Arcadia’s internal expert on research networks and scientific enablement, creating operating models, setting standards, and empowering Account Managers and Commercial teams to engage effectively in research-driven life sciences applications.
A key focus of this role is to connect the research community with the life sciences ecosystem, enhancing collaboration, alignment, and execution between ARC participants and pharmaceutical/life sciences partners.
