Role Overview
The Virtual Production (VP) team at Framestore is central to our innovative projects across Film, TV, VR, and Advertising. We engage in various tasks, from performance capture and virtual camera operations to photogrammetry and real-time LED workflows.

You will serve as the primary point of contact on set, managing the workflow of capture-related tasks and ensuring seamless operations on shoot days.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating capture and shooting schedules, including talent, crew, and specialized equipment bookings.
Overseeing project timelines, crew assignments, and deliverables while nurturing strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable rates.
Collaborating with technical leads to establish workflows, project milestones, and clear delivery plans.
Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain production momentum.
Supervising Coordinators and PAs on a project basis and aiding in the bidding process for upcoming productions.
You will also ensure adherence to all security protocols, deliver post-project evaluations, and manage partner communications in the Producer's absence.
