Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Enablement at Deel, you will spearhead the advancement and ongoing enhancement of our global go-to-market teams, guiding strategy, direction, and governance on a worldwide scale. This role requires the design and implementation of enablement strategies to amplify team effectiveness, establishing OKRs and KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
