About the Role:
The Vice President of Business Development is a dynamic leader tasked with spearheading growth initiatives and developing referral partnerships across various markets. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will collaborate closely with Hospice Care Consultants and market leaders to craft and implement innovative sales strategies that drive revenue and enhance market presence.
This individual will foster a culture of accountability and high performance, ensuring that Luminary Hospice emerges as the provider of choice in every community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and refine sales strategies that align with our organizational growth objectives.
• Transform organizational goals into actionable field sales plans, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Track performance against targets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Team Development & Coaching
• Oversee the performance of Hospice Care Consultants in the field, ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies.
